In Class: The students will view a video on the trial of Bill Thomas, a young man. At the end, before the Judge makes his decision, the video ends . The students then will write their opinion of how they feel, should Bill get probation or go to prision. We then split into two groups and each side was able to offer their opinion on why they voted the way they did.
